Robot Programmer £30,000 to £50,000 + Car or Car Allowance, Bonus, Overtime Bedfordshire Ref: 23585 Robot Programmer - The Role: ⦁ Developing robotics software within the office and workshop in line with the Controls programming team ⦁ Working within a project-focused environment achieving project completion within tight deadlines ⦁ Creating bespoke solutions for the end client with robotics and motion control ⦁ Achieving successful software creation and commissioning equipment and machinery on site as part of a dynamic team ⦁ Working closely with the internal engineering team and in collaboration with teams on customer sites Robot Programmer - The Person: ⦁ Confident ideally using either ABB, KUKA or FANUC ⦁ Experienced in the integration of automated systems within a production / manufacturing environment ⦁ Educated to HNC level in Electrical, Mechatronics, Robotics, Automation or a similar relevant engineering discipline A great opportunity to join a developing team. This position is open to a senior, experienced Engineer or a Junior wishing to work within a team to develop their skills. Training on robot programming available. The role will predominantly be based in the offices and workshop in Bedford. You will be required to travel to client sites in the UK to commission equipment and machinery. Work will be split roughly 50% office 50% site. Located in Bedfordshire, this role would be commutable from St Neots, Biggleswade, Bedford & Milton Keynes.
