CAD Design Engineer

What you’ll do: Create detailed technical drawings using AutoCAD 2d and 3D Provide a bill of materials and instructions to the fabrication shop Liaise with the clients to review and revise drawings R & D project work What you’ll need A background in mechanical engineering design An understanding of HVAC systems and/or steel construction would be advantageous The ability to interpret technical drawings, blueprints and schematics Experience in AutoCAD 2D and 3D What you’ll get: A negotiable salary of up to £45,000 Overtime paid at time and a half after 40 hours Monday to Friday working week Flex-time – works hours to suit between 6am – 16:30 daily 25 days holiday plus bank holidays Standard company contributed pension The opportunity to gain further qualifications and upskill Additional holidays for time served Cycle to work scheme Christmas week shut down Childcare vouchers
