Assembly Operative As an Assembly / Fabrication Operative, you will play a crucial role in the production process, ensuring that our products are assembled with precision and in adherence to strict quality standards. You will work closely with our production team and collaborate with other departments to deliver top-notch products to our valued customers. Responsibilities: * Perform assembly tasks according to established procedures and guidelines. * Inspect components and finished products to ensure they meet quality standards. * Use hand tools, power tools, and machinery to assemble products. * Read and interpret technical drawings and schematics. * Collaborate with team members to optimise production processes. * Maintain a clean and organised work area. * Report any equipment malfunctions or product defects to the supervisor. * Adhere to all safety guidelines and regulations. Requirements: * Previous experience in assembly or a related field is preferred but not essential. * Familiarity with using hand tools and power tools is essential. * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings. * Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work. * Strong team player with excellent communication skills. * Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects when required. * Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
