Skilled Maintenance Operative Salary: £34,272 Location: London Permanent, full time If you are you looking for a new maintenance role and could see yourself working in our accommodation services then we would love to hear from you! We have a small in-house facilities team including two mobile maintenance operatives who provide reactive maintenance work and decorating over our eight hostels and some small satellite locations. As a Skilled Maintenance Operative with us you will need to ensure our customers/tenants expectations are met whilst at the same time providing a secure, well-maintained, and compliant environment. Your role will mean you are allocated a daily job list and travel around our buildings completing these as such, a full clean UK driving licence is essential for this role. We have multiple buildings in and around Croydon as well as two in Kensington & Chelsea and a large site at Stockwell. As you work involves entering customers private rooms and at times you may be alone in the property with them you do need to have a satisfactory DBS check.
