Project Management Support for procurement process including Procurement Strategy Development, Project governance, Competitive Dialogue Negotiations, Lead on Evaluation of Tender submissions Support in WCC contract demobilisation The work can be undertaken at whatever location is deemed most suitable although the consultant will be expected to attend the Council Offices to attend meetings as and when required.
