It's safe to say the market has certainly picked up, especially in the public sector. One of my major customers have approached me and asked me to source freelance Site Managers to start ASAP! In 2024 they have already secured over £150m worth of work and are looking to bolster their site teams. Right now they're in the market for Site Managers to look after the fit out of a new build school in Essex. The project is worth around £45m and we're looking for someone to start the fit out and finish it in approximately 6 months time.
