Reliability Engineer


We are supporting a growing business who provide reliability services into leading manufactures across the UK and are looking for a Reliability Engineer to join the team.  This is a great opportunity if you are a Maintenance Engineer looking for a change in direction or if you are currently in a similar role!  Working with the Reliability Team, which consists of a Scrum Master, Reliability Analyst, and a Reliability Engineer you will execute best practice maintenance and deliver significant improvements for our clients.     Ideally you will have an Electrical or Mechanical apprenticeship with a good understanding of industrial engineering and want to work with a great team, in a forward thinking and supportive culture.  Full training will be given to you so that you can execute the role confidently and meet the needs of the client. Qualifications and skills needed for this Reliability Engineer role:  Apprentice Trained Engineer  Either a Mechanical or Electrical bias Ability to work on your own. Be prepared to work remotely The role as a Reliability Engineer: Attending client sites, observing current practice Detailed proposals for reliability improvements Testing methodology with the clients teams Demonstration, coaching and training of the current team. The benefits of A Reliability Engineer: Basic salary of £40,000 - £43,000 - depending on experience. Tools, van, fuel card 25 days holiday (plus Bank Holidays) Private Healthcare (after 1 years service) Pension Flexible working onsite & from home Some over night stays away from home. We anticipate this to be around 20% of your time and travelling.
