As a Production Shift Manager, you will be responsible for the organisation, management and leadership of one of the main production shifts to support the effective delivery of the business KPIs and strategy. In your first few weeks in this Production Shift Manager role, you can expect to: Look to improve productivity and efficiency and reduce costs whilst ensuring high-quality products are produced at all times Plan, coordinate, and supervise the activities of team members to meet production plans and hold them accountable for their performance Report on operations KPIs to evaluate and achieve efficiency and performance Monitor all manufacturing processes and take appropriate steps to be successful in achieving the required outcome To apply for this Production Shift Manager role, you will need a minimum of GCSE level education or equivalent and a Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate.
