Customer Service Accounts Team Leader


My client is a fast growing services business based in the Bury area. They require a Customer Service/Accounts Manager to manage their fast growing team. Reporting to the Head of Commercial this is an excellent role for someone who has strong management experience in the field of customer service or account management. The right candidate for this role will be; * Highly experienced managing teams and driving performance. * Proven track record of the delivery of business objectives. * Strong analytical and data-gathering skills. * Self-starter with excellent interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills. * Strong customer service or account management experience and managing a team. * Educated to degree level (or equivalent). * Previous work experience in a call centre, large customer service team or account management team would be excellent for this role. Duties of the role will include: * Management of the Account Management team - supporting and guiding the team through day-to-day tasks and driving performance. * Meet set targets in line with business growth. * Perform performance forecasting and reporting. * Regular audits and management of the business pipeline to ensure the team is taking all the necessary actions on work coming in. * Working closely with the sales team to ensure the deliverables are met. * Dealing with difficult clients and behaviours in the team in a confident manner and applying relevant actions to resolve. * Leading by example and creating a positive culture and togetherness across all areas of the floor by championing this daily.
