Bench Dresser

Adept are excited to be working with a Reputable Manufacturer based in Bredbury who supply heavily into Oil and Gas industries who are now looking to recruit a skilled Bench Dresser to join their team. SHIFTS - Monday - Friday DAYS- Monday to Thursday 7am to 4pm & Friday 7am to 1pm SALARY - £29,000 - £30,000 Duties and Responsibilities: * Understanding Quality procedures including route sheets * Stamping procedures i.e., Traceability of components * Basic grinding on abrasive wheels * Use of measuring equipment * Read engineering drawings & Geometric Tolerances * Maintaining and promoting Health and Safety procedures * Maintenance of equipment Skills Required: * Accuracy and attention to detail * Good communication skills * Flexible and adaptable to change * Problem-solving Qualifications: * Knowledge of hand tools & air tools * Ability to read and understand Engineering drawings and specifications * Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role * Engineering Apprenticeship preferred but not essential
