HGV Mechanic Technician - £18.00 - Droitwich

Our client is an approved DVSA IVA inspection centre and are about to achieve accreditation to be an Authorised Testing Facility (ATF). Due to continued business success, we are seeking an experienced HGV technician to work at our client’s modern aftersales centre where they service, repair, refurbish and inspect rescue and recovery vehicles, HGVs, trailers, light commercial vehicles and coaches. Candidate Requirements: * HGV mechanical experience * Routine vehicle service and maintenance to DVSA standards * Fault finding, diagnostic and rectification skills * Inspection and MOT preparation * Attention to detail and good paperwork * Class 1 licence an advantage but not essential * Passion for exceeding customer expectation Candidate Package: * 08:00 to 17:30 - Monday to Friday * £15.50 - £18.00 per hour (dependant on experience and qualifications) * Overtime available * 28 days annual leave * Pension scheme * Continuous training and development * On-site parking Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Schedule: * Day shift * Monday to Friday * No weekends * Overtime available Experience: Commercial Vehicle Mechanic: 3 years (required)
