Supporting classroom activities and learning initiatives under the guidance of experienced educators. Assisting with personal hygiene routines and medical care as required, maintaining the highest standards of dignity and respect. Engaging with students in meaningful activities designed to enhance their social, emotional, and cognitive development. Collaborating effectively with fellow team members, parents, and external professionals to create a holistic support network for each child.Requirements to work as an SEN TA: Compassion, patience, and a genuine desire to make a positive impact on the lives of children with complex needs. Previous experience working with individuals with PMLD or similar disabilities is highly desirable. Ability to provide personal care and support in a sensitive and respectful manner.
