Interim Service Manager


Our client is looking for a dedicated and compassionate Interim Service Manager in Leighton Buzzard on a 6 month contract. More about the role: As a Service Manager, you will be responsible for assisting with daily management of their Supported Living establishment in Leighton Buzzard, the type of care they offer varies according to our clients. You will be responsible for the welfare of their Supported Living accommodation and ensuring the appropriate standards are always maintained. You will have your Level 5 in Health and Social care or be working towards it, and experienced in managing a team. Typical work activities can vary but will include a range of the following: * Complying with national care standards * Taking responsibility for the quality care provided * Remaining up to date with relevant care standards legislation * Supporting our clients to manage their budgets * To participate in training and be responsible for your own development as well as that of your team. * Working alongside other professionals to develop specialise services, e.g drug rehabilitation, occupational therapy, specialist teaching and art therapy etc This is not an exhaustive list and a full job description will be provided before any interview.
