Electrical Maintenance Engineer Bridgend Minimum 6 Month contract Start Date: ASAP £34,000 to 36,000 per annum One of the leading Facilities Management companies are currently looking for Electrical Maintenance Engineer l to join their team on an ongoing temporary contract covering a static site in Bridgend. Monday to Friday - 8am - 5pm Duties: To undertake planned building services preventative maintenance and reactive duties as required to predominantly electrically biased equipment making sure all paperwork / documents are accurately completed within specific timescales across commercial building. (emergency Lighting, fault finding etc) To provide a flexible approach to working practices within the maintenance team which could involve undertaking tasks of a basic mechanical / plumbing / Handyman duties. Ensure contractual services are delivered in such a way that it is possible to achieve agreed SLA's and quality targets. To produce accurate documentation as required and to keep up-to-date records of statutory inspections e.g. emergency lighting tests, etc. Attend training courses funded for as required for business purposes. Person Requirements Fully qualified and experienced Electrical Engineer (17th/18th Ed) Experience of building and facilities maintenance.
