Operations Manager

We are looking for an Operations Manager with good experience of managing staff, Health & Safety and the day-to-day operations of running a manufacturing/warehouse site. You will need to be a strong leader/manager, who is driven and has a proven track record in producing results. You will be managing three departments, which consists of manufacturing, processing and warehouse. You will also manage Health & safety for the full site, with support from other managers. Reporting to the Technical Site Manager you will be a key member of the management team/company and will be involved in decisions with most of the things happening on site. Key Duties; * Overall responsibility for staff in Manufacturing/Filling/Warehouse. * Overall responsibility for Health & Safety on Site. * Overall responsibility for the Site. * Implement new systems and policies. * Develop plans to increase efficiency of orders. * Ensure all customer requirements are met in a timely manner. * Promote and ensure safety in the workplace.
