Human Resources Business Partner Birmingham B20 £35-40K depending on experience The HRBP will be working very closely with The Operations Director and the management team to deliver an efficient and proactive HR service across the organisation. Advising managers and employees on HR policies and best practices in line with Employment Law. Key requirements for the HRBP role: * Supporting the people agenda * You'll spend much of your time building credible relationships, coaching, supporting and challenging managers, so exceptional relationship building and communication skills are key within the role. * Address day to day HR issues as they arise * Support and work with the leadership team to support change * Review and evolve the HR processes and systems to drive efficiencies * Deliver HR management training as appropriate and required, including briefing sessions on HR policies. * Line manage and coach the other members of the HR team to develop the required skills to progress within the HR Skills & experience of HRBP role: * Previous experience in a fast paced environment preferably retail or hospitality with proven experience as a generalist HR partner * Strong ER experience and confidence in constructively challenging stakeholders * Rapport builder & natural coach * CIPD credentials are an advantage * Experience working across corporate / head office functions * Ability to work autonomously and make decisions * Strong influencing skills and a passion for embedding our core values * Solution Orientated, exceptionally well- organised, innovative problem solver Our client is built on diversity.
