Some of the Key Responsibilities: 1. Curriculum Development: Take the lead in developing engaging and effective curriculum materials, ensuring that learning objectives are met and student achievement is accurately assessed and recorded. 2. Programme Management: Contribute to the management of learning programmes, ensuring quality assurance and providing guidance and support to students through effective assessment methods, coaching, mentoring, and administration. 3. Course Leadership and Research: Play a key role in course verification, leadership, and research/consultancy activities, contributing to the enhancement of the overall learning experience. 4. Subject Area Development: Collaborate with colleagues to develop specific subject areas, coordinate course teams, and ensure the smooth delivery of curriculum content, timetabling, and day-to-day operations. 5. Accountability: Take on increasing levels of responsibility by coordinating course teams and students within a specific programme area, ensuring the effective delivery of curriculum and maintaining high standards. 6. Teaching and Assessment: Manage the classroom environment effectively, delivering engaging lectures and practical sessions across a range of further and higher education courses. Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their learning journey.
