Location: Stevenage Salary: £25,000 - £35,000 + Commission (Uncapped) Job Type: Full Time, Permanent ====================================== Sales Executive A leading building supply company is looking for a talented Sales Executive to join the team based in Stevenage. The company provides revolutionary composite timber products and offers a portfolio comprising decking, cladding, fencing and balustrade. About the role * Daily sales management. * Taking the initiative to call customers to identify their needs and provide suitable solutions * Reviewing purchase history – identifying sales opportunities and developing a sales strategy * Identifying opportunities to cross sell or increase account spend and acting on this * Quote for projects – work out material needs from technical drawings (training will be provided if necessary) * Communicate with project managers, QS, Estimators * Other Customer activity - may include visiting customers, making presentations, attending trade events and exhibitions * Day to day general office activities and managing your time accordingly * Keeping your workspace tidy and professional About you * Proven experience in sales - preferably of building products or within the building supply and construction sector * Ability to provide a proven track record of winning, growing and retaining new business * You must demonstrate strong business acumen, be a great communicator and be confident in your knowledge and ability * Excellent negotiation and relationship skills to all levels * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Experience of Quantity Surveyor/ Estimator will be advantageous Sounds interesting?
