Quality Assurance Manager

We are looking for a dedicated Quality Assurance (QA) Manager to lead the way in delivering top-notch results for a groundworks project. Position Overview: As the QA Manager you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining rigorous quality control processes to ensure that all aspects of the project meet the highest standards. You will play a critical role in monitoring compliance with specifications, regulations, and best practices to deliver a successful and defect-free project. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement comprehensive QA plans, policies, and procedures tailored to the specific requirements of the groundworks project. Conduct regular inspections and audits to assess compliance with quality standards, identify deficiencies, and recommend corrective actions. Collaborate closely with project stakeholders, including engineers, contractors, and subcontractors, to ensure alignment and adherence to quality requirements. Provide training and guidance to project team members on quality control processes, procedures, and best practices. Maintain accurate documentation and records of QA activities, including inspection reports, test results, and non-conformance issues. Act as a liaison with regulatory agencies and third-party quality assurance organizations as required.Qualifications: Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. Proven experience in quality assurance or quality control roles within the construction industry, with a focus on groundworks projects. Strong understanding of construction materials, methods, and standards. Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve quality issues effectively. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
