Estimator - Partitions/Drywall Contractor - High Wycombe Company: My client are a internation brand in the glass partitioning systems sector. They design, manage, and install large projects across the globe from beautifully designed glass partitions and doors. They are mainly dedicated to commercial workspaces and have worked on some of the world's most iconic buildings. Main duties and responsibilities of the Estimator: * Preparation of pre-tender and bid/tender submissions * Preparation of financial and commercial presentations * Generate Bill of Quantities (BoQs) & Bills of Materials (BoMs) from drawings / specifications * Analyse and assemble accurate/well organised estimates and proposals in a timely manner * Negotiation of contract terms/conditions * Departmental reporting and analysis * Maintain relationships with clients/partners * Develop effective new client relationships * Participate in the development of company’s sales and advertising Knowledge and Skills Required: * Proven record in the partitions/drywall sector as an estimator * Working knowledge of JCT / NEC Contracts * High level of computer literacy in MS Office & Project * Degree or equivalent employee experience Package: My client are offering a salary ranging from £30 - £40k DOE.
