National Site Supervisor

Mane are looking for a Site Supervisor to join their busy and exciting team. You will be nationwide so lots of travel is involved meeting new people and attending various sites across the UK. Overview of Role The site supervisor will provide direct and immediate control over the site works: s/he must be present on site to ensure that activities are conducted in accordance with a suitable method statement, plan of work and in compliance with all legal requirements. Key Responsibilities/Requirements Responsibilities as instructed by the Senior Management Team. Conduct daily site reports as required Organise site paperwork as required or instructed to by the site manager Supervise site worksAttributes & Values Enthusiasm and self-motivation. Ability to work toward company goals and targets. Ability to assess site personnel skills and provide assistance and guidance where necessary. Ability to work effectively and as part of a team. Effective communication skills. Ability to maintain calmness under pressure.
