Quantity Surveyor

Our Client have been estbalished for over 30 years and have secured over £50million for this year and are now looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join their team. They specialise in delivering new build retail, commercial and leisure nationally and have some excellent repeat clients. They are now looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join their Commercial team, they need someone with a BSc in Commercial Management and working for a main contractor for a few years now looking to join a growing business. Key Responsibilities * Processing payments to subcontractors * Supporting the Commercial Manager managing variations * Providing commercial support to the delivery team * Produce and present required reports for internal purposes * Produce monthly reports as required with the business Key skills and experience * Qualified with a Quantity Surveying degree or similar. * Good knowledge of JCT contracts * Quantity Surveying experience working for a Main Contractor or Subcontractor. * Essential to have a UK driving licence and vehicle
