Site Manager

Job Title: Site Manager Location: Corby, Northampton Salary: £250 - £350 per day, depending on experience Sector: Modular/Timber/Panelised (MMC) Are you a site manager with experience with supply and install of offsite construction systems? Are you seeking a 6 month contact role with growing business? You will be managing and overseeing the civils work. As part of the core site team, you can expect to work closely with subcontract labour to ensure that the project is delivered safely on time and on budget. The specific civils works include: Cut & Fill Foundations Road Opening & Public Roads Section 278 works Utilities connections Drainage & Site Services External completion works We are seeking candidates with direct experience of working within the Civils/MMC sector as a Site Manager. You will be joining a firm with a healthy pipeline of projects across the country. Responsibilities: Working on a a Health Centre in Corby Ensure all site staff are adhering to health and safety procedures Be actively involved in pre-start, progress and handover meetings We would welcome conversations with candidates who: Hold CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid tickets Have a strong working knowledge of full turnkey MMC projects Posses strong planning skills and the ability to 'look ahead' on site programmes and anticipate challenges Can bring good experience of managing sub-contractors and site based labour Are comfortable in representing the firm in site-based progress meetings If you are interested in this vacancy please click 'Apply' to submit your CV for consideration.
