Bodyshop Manager Basic Salary: £57,500 plus bonus 45 hours per week Location: Swindon SN5 Benefits * Excellent salary plus bonus * 28 days annual leave (Inclusive bank holidays) * Car allowance * Workplace pension scheme * Free Training and Development Academy * Employee long service rewards (Inc. additional holiday) * Free uniform (and PPE) * Life insurance About the role As repair centre manager your role will be to... * Achieving sales and profit objectives in line with the plan for your business * Engage with all staff, reviewing performance, identifying development opportunities * Hold daily meetings with key staff to agree output targets * Monitoring customer complaints, ensuring that they are resolved quickly and fairly * Work with business development team ensure the business meets agreed service levels * Preparing accurate reporting in line with weekly and monthly reporting requirements (DOS) * Act as the 'public face' for site, whilst planning, organizing, directing all aspects of the business * Actively encourage customer feedback (and evaluation) * Develop detailed knowledge of client’s profiles to maximise upselling opportunities * Develop a flexible team ensuring that facilities are resourced * Ensure that all Housekeeping, Health and Safety, BSI0125 and Manufacturer compliance requirements are adhered to Your will play a pivotal role in our customer journey, working in partnership with customers and our skilled production team to achieve the best outcome. What we look for * The drive and passion to deliver high quality repairs and customer outcomes * Someone who can work as part of a team with minimal supervision * Knowledge of modern repair methods with an ability to maximise repair opportunities * Commercial awareness - ability to maximise productivity/profit * Willingness to embrace best practices * 5 years senior Paint & Body experience or similar * Excellent communication skills written/verbal with ability to develop staff * Encourages collaborative working environment * Computer literate with technical and/or business degree (preferable) * VDA IMI and Audatex qualified About you A highly experienced Bodyshop Manager with a commercial outlook, committed to customer and repair excellence, with an eye for detail and people focus.
