SGB Service Administrator   Salary: £25,000 plus excellent benefits package Do you like working as part of a team? Can you build relationships effectively?   Do you have excellent attention to detail? Scania Scotland have an exciting opportunity to join their Regional Costing team, based at our state-of-the-art facilities in Eurocentral, Motherwell.  The team provide support to 9 branches in Scotland and play a pivotal role through the invoicing and costing of all work carried out.   Key responsibilities: Invoice and control branch work in progress Deal with queries over the phone and email from managers and teams based throughout Scotland  Ensure any vehicle campaigns are completed and costed correctly Work within credit control policy and procedures Carry out costing on warranty, retail, repair and maintenance to agreed standards Supply fully priced estimates of repairs required and ensure work is authorised where required Audit job cards, associated service documentation and customer defect procedures for accuracy and adherence to internal and external procedures Resolve and assist in invoice queries  Support team and manager to resolve customer complaints    Knowledge, skills and experience: Good communicator  Confident in using IT systems Use initiative and manage competing deadlines Customer service skills  Takes pride in work and committed to providing an excellent service Keen to seek solutions to problems   We are always keen to hear from applicants who may not meet all the requirements but feel they could be what we are looking for.  If you are interested in this role we would love to hear from you
