Finance Manager £50,000 to £55,000 Cardiff The Company A fantastic opportunity to join an FMCG business on a real growth trajectory, with recent investment to take them to the next level. They have an incredibly unique story to tell, continually evolving but maintaining a unique proposition in the ever-changing space in which they operate. Your role involves managing inventory, coordinating logistics, and ensuring a seamless product flow from suppliers to customers. What will you do * Working in a standalone role, you will oversee the full accounting process for a £5m T/O business * Management reporting and analysis * Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, including credit control and paying suppliers * Ensure compliance with accounting standards and liaise with 3rd party accountants * Assist with year end audit * Prepare monthly management reports * Manage and prepare rolling cashflow forecasts What will you need * ACCA / CIMA qualified * Based in Bristol / Cardiff * Worked for a startup / SME business with excellent growth * Experience in FMCG, would be advantageous What’s on offer * 23 days holiday, plus your birthday off, plus bank holidays * 50% product discount * Full autonomy in the role, reporting to the Founder where your ideas will be taken on board * WFH up to 3 days a week * Free parking Job Number ESFCWA
