Training Administrator Yaxley office based £23,000- £24,000 Are you a passionate Training Administrator, looking for an exciting new role? Key Areas of Responsibility * Ensuring that learners are greeted and looked after whilst they are in the training centre * Answering customers queries and questions in a timely manner * Booking End Point Assessment * Processing customer bookings and sending out the relevant paperwork * Ordering training equipment * Support the training planning process * Booking of training rooms, accommodation, flights and other associated travel arrangements * Maintaining training records * Provide reports to customers with accurate updates of progress achieved. * Accurate input of data onto various spreadsheets. * Support the wider team with administration duties as required Typical activities undertaken as part of the role * Greeting customers * Sending course information to customers * Answering the telephone * Liaising with trainers and associate or freelance trainers * Liaising with customers via telephone or email. * Booking accommodation, flights and hire cars * Customer reporting. * Checking of candidate results * Tracking certificates and sending them out to customers * Keeping databases up to date * Filing Personal Profile Qualifications * 5 GCSES A – C or equivalent * Qualification in administration or customer service (desirable) * IT qualification or training Competencies / Skills * Confident communicator * Organised * Eye for detail * Well presented * IT literate and can use Microsoft packages If this Training Administrator position sounds like you, then please forward your CV to Katie at Coulter Elite Resourcing
