Building Services Engineer

Building Services Engineer Location: Battersea Salary: £44,000 - £46,000 Working Hours: Monday to Friday – 08:00 – 17:00 Alice Rose is currently recruiting a Building Services Engineer with either a Mechanical or Electrical Bias to be based in a residential complex in Battersea. This is an exciting opportunity to work for an established building services provider. The successful candidate will be a fully qualified Electrical or Mechanical Maintenance Engineer with a proven track record in commercial / property building maintenance. They will be required to carry out M&E planned and reactive maintenance. Building Services Maintenance Engineer Key duties & Responsibilities: * Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, Changing ballast's, Control panel, Power distribution * Emergency lighting * Air Conditioning - Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Unit (Filter changes, cleaning) * Chillers - Re-set * Water Treatment (Temperature checks / Not dosing) * Plumbing - Unblocking toilets * BMS System - Monitor (i.e., Hot & Colds) * UPS Systems - Monitor / Take reading. * General building fabric * Monitor mechanical plant. * Pumps, Motors, Seals, Bearings Building Services Maintenance Engineer Hours of Work: * Monday to Friday (40-hour week) * 08:00 to 17:00 Building Services Maintenance Engineer Requirements: * Electrically or mechanically qualified - You must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates. * City & Guilds/NVQ Level 2&3 * City & Guilds - 17th or 18th Edition if electrically bias * A proven track record in commercial or property maintenance * Installation experience * Overtime available * 25 days holiday + BH * Company Pension
