Key Responsibilities: Provide hands-on technical support with first-class mechanical knowledge. Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction through top-tier customer service and first-time fix interventions. Maintain Service Department profitability and actively promote client services and products. Facilitate effective communication channels with customers and internal teams. Foster teamwork and collaboration within the Service Department. Demonstrate personal effectiveness in delivering high-quality service and solutions. Uphold health and safety standards in all service-related activities. Perform service, maintenance, and repairs efficiently and effectively. Exhibit technical competence in handling company equipment. Demonstrate flexibility in adapting to dynamic work environments. Handle administrative tasks related to service operations. Qualifications & Experience: NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. Full UK driver's license. Strong analysis skills with meticulous attention to detail.
