Brief Overview of Role: As an on-site service engineer, you will provide technical support and maintenance for all audio visual systems within a creative marketing agency, ensuring maximum efficiency and minimal downtime. Duties: Conduct regular checks and set up meeting rooms. Perform system shutdowns. Test and troubleshoot AV/VC systems. Offer first-line support for meeting rooms. Provide white glove service during events. Perform service, maintenance, and troubleshooting. Report and arrange repairs for faulty equipment. Identify potential upgrades for sales opportunities. Operate Crestron and Extron control systems. Skills and Experience Required: Essential: Prior experience supporting AV/IT systems. Understanding of control systems and audio DSPs such as Crestron, Extron, Biamp, and QSC.
