As this is a day-to-day supply teacher role, you will not be expected to plan lessons or attend staff meetings however you will be expected to: Deliver lessons and work set out by the regular maths teacher Creative a motivating learning environment within the classroom To manage behaviour in the classroom as per the school behaviour policy Support and monitor student’s progression in lessons Mark students’ work in line with the school’s marking policy at the end of every day, when required To apply for this Maths Teacher role, you will need: QTS - Qualified Teacher status in Maths (Maths Early Career Teachers (ECT’s) are encouraged to apply) Experience teaching in a UK Secondary School Excellent subject knowledge of Maths in Key Stages 3 and 4 is essential Excellent behaviour and classroom management skills A strong school reference from your recent employer Our Promise to You!
