Personal Assistant to the Senior Leadership Team Salary £28,606 - £33,683 Location Birmingham / Hybrid Basis: Full Time Work Pattern: 37 Hours – Monday to Friday Position: Permanent We are brave, we are ambitious, we are honest, and we are Citizen! You will be working within the Executive Support Team (reporting to Executive Assistant for Operations), together with a team of Personal and Executive Assistants who support both the Executive Leadership Team and the Senior Leadership Team. As Personal Assistant to the Senior Leadership Team, you will be working with our senior leaders across the whole of Citizen. Essentially, you must be confident in your approach and willing to work independently to a high standard. Excellent administrative skills are crucial as you will be required to fully prepare for meetings, involving the distribution of agendas, drafting of reports, and designing and producing interactive PowerPoint presentations. In housing you can make a real difference, the role of PA to the Senior Leadership Team will involve: * Providing high level administrative support for meetings, including the effective preparation and distribution of agendas and reports and minute/note taking at meetings as well as producing action plans and chasing actions. * Providing diary management on a 1:1 basis. * Preparation of board and committee reports, to ensure all reports are thoroughly proofread (including revision of spelling, grammar and formatting) before submitting to the Governance Team, within required deadlines. * Undertaking basic research as requested by the Senior Leadership Team and present the information in an appropriate format. * Responding positively to all reasonable administrative requests received by the Senior Leadership Team and their direct reports; applying a “can do” solution-focused attitude and mindset. * Working collaboratively with all Citizen employees, partners and stakeholders. As PA to the Senior Leadership Team, we need you to have: * Significant experience of providing accurate and timely administrative and secretarial support to senior managers along with excellent, accurate and timely minute/note taking abilities. * Significant experience of supporting at Director level on a 1:1 basis. * Experience of working with IT systems including MS Office and the ability to use computer databases. * Experience of working effectively and constructively as part of a team to support the delivery of business objectives and achievement of targets. * Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage, organise and prioritise own workload and that of the SLT. * A flexible mindset and to be a cooperative team player who understands the wider impact of their work on their team and other departments. * Current clean driving licence and access to a car to enable you to work flexibly and travel across areas where Citizen operates.
