Pyramid8 are looking for a full time Customer Service, Sales & Marketing Assistant to support a busy team within a friendly office environment. The ideal candidate will be a hard-working individual with a can-do attitude to fit in with a small friendly team of people. Key Tasks * Answering customer service queries through Amazon, eBay, email, chat and over the phone. Including dealing with complaints. * Answering Sales enquiries through Amazon, eBay, email, chat and over the phone. * Claiming for loss of damage from couriers as and when required. * Taking orders over the phone and raising purchase invoices. * Proofreading new product listings, website and email marketing content. * Creating unique replies to customer reviews on Trustpilot. * Gathering email data for email marketing. Key Skills * Great interpersonal skills * Ability to learn and understand our range of products * Personable manner, team-player and adaptability are all important * Excellent written, oral and IT skills * You will also have to regularly deal with clients and suppliers, or on the phone. * Attention to detail – required for proof-reading posts, website content and emails * IT skills: You will need proficiency in MS Office packages including Outlook, Word and Excel * Experience with Sage, Amazon and eBay ideal but not essential as training will be given * Organisational skills: you will be working on multiple projects and need to meet deadlines and maintain a high level of accuracy
