Company Accountant – Brigg – up to £60,000   Chase & Holland are partnering with a leading manufacturing and distribution business who are looking for an experienced Company Accountant to support the business through substantial period of growth which is set to continue. As the Company Accountant, you will need to be comfortable with the day-to-day management of the finance team and overall finance function for this dynamic SME after an exciting period of investment. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of the Senior Management Team and really make impact in the business! This role as a real opportunity to be mentored and then progress into the Finance Director role in 12 months time when the current FD retires.   Package & Benefits: Exciting rapid development to Finance Director for someone driven 25 days holiday plus Bank Holidays A competitive salary Private healthcare Company pensionReporting into the FD, Company Accountant Responsibilities include: Production of the Monthly Management Accounts and presenting these to the management team Oversee the production of Annual Accounts for statutory audit and be the main point of contact for the auditors Management of the cashflow Managing the accounts function, including payroll and ledgers Production of accurate budgets and forecasts Cashflow management and forecasting Update and prepare product costing, ensuring the price lists are set in line to protect margins Prepare and develop MI to support with driving understanding and company performance Key player in a new ERP system implementation Constant review and development of the financial processes, reporting and procedures  Required Skills & Experience: Qualified Accountant (CIMA/ACCA/ACA) Proven background in a similar role and managing a small finance team IT literate including ERP systems and Excel Ability to communicate effectively financial information to non financial colleagues Analytical mind, commercial acumen and attention to detail Positive, energetic and driven individual who has a passion to grow rapidly with a business  If you are interested in finding out about this exciting Company Accountant opportunity, please click ‘apply now’.
