Locum Commercial Property Solicitor - Midlands

We are working with a Local Authority in the East Midlands who are looking for an experienced locum commercial property lawyer to join their team! Experience in regeneration would be desired The role: Full-time 6 month initial contract, with the option to roll-over Weekly office attendance to meet stakeholders Rate: £50-55ph depending on candidate experience Must have prior local authority experience Experience with land disposals, CPOs, and major projects in desired.
