We are looking for ambitious, motivated and driven individuals to join our recruitment team and work as part of our continually growing business. Summary: As a Resourcing Coordinator, you’ll be working within a fast pace environment. You will be working closely with the Talent Acquisition Specialists and the wider business to ensure our recruitment meets the needs of the business.  The Resourcing Coordinator will be responsible for editing adverts, screening candidates and assisting with telephone interviews in order for us to  provide a high-quality attraction, Talent, and selection service for the business. Above anything else, this role requires somebody that is highly organised, proactive, self-confident and with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.   Key Responsibilities: Advertising Roles Pre-screening candidates Liaising and working with the Talent Partners Work towards KPI’s Telephone Interviewing Market research Use social media to advertise and search for candidates   Personal Specification: Excellent written and verbal communication skill Highly Organise and IT literate Ability to work under pressure Excellent customer service skills
