Key Recruitment Consultant Responsibilities: * Managing the full recruitment process for both clients and candidates. * Building talent pipelines and nurturing relationships with top industry talent. * Acting as a trusted advisor, providing insights into market trends and hiring needs. * Establishing long-term relationships with professionals, guiding candidates towards their career aspirations. We're Seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant with: * 1 year + contract or permanent recruitment experience (from any industry - we’ll cross train where necessary) * An interest in technology * Strong perseverance and persuasive skills. * Excellent listening abilities and emotional intelligence. * A love for creative problem-solving.
