Quantity Surveyor

Quantity Surveyor £40k-£60k + Bens Sidcup, Kent Company Established for nearly 40 years working within the London and Home Counties areas this contractor complete projects to include new build, refurbishment, maintenance, and decent homes works to the residential, healthcare, education and commercial sectors. They boast several Framework agreements and continue to grow steadily and heavily invest back within the workforce and business. Quantity Surveyor An ambitious Quantity Surveyor is now required to join their commercial team, initially taking financial ownership of roofing projects and decent homes works consisting of both internal and external refurbishments working to SOR’s. You will be reporting into the Commercial Manager and be confident to manage projects allocated. You will: * Educated to HNC/Degree level in Quantity Surveying – highly beneficial but not essential. * Experience working to SOR’s with within decent homes highly desirable but not essential. * Able to take full financial control of projects from tender stage through to final account valued from £500k to £2m. * Be commercially and contractually aware. * Excellent communication and negotiation skills, polished client facing. * Able to work independently and within a team. * Stable work history The company can offer a competitive salary and package and on-going career development opportunities.
