Job Description
Are you looking to develop your career and work for a leading financial service firm in the South West of England?
We are currently looking for a Financial Planning Administrator to join our client's dynamic team in their Weston-super-Mare office.
As a Financial Planning Administrator, you will play a pivotal role by collaborating with our Financial Planners to manage client relationships, work as a team, administer client files and liaise with product providers. Your expertise and diligence will drive the delivery of exceptional client service.

What tasks does this role include?

  • Build meaningful relationships with our clients.
  • Create and maintain client records on our back-office system: Intelliflo Office.
  • Interact with product providers and internal teams to implement Financial Planning advice.
  • Work in partnership with our Financial Planners to deliver exceptional client service.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and industry best practices.
  • Follow processes and contribute to quality enhancement initiatives.


What will you bring to the role?

  • Proven experience as an administrator in the financial services sector.
  • A focus on detail and communicating with both clients and providers.
  • Strong knowledge of financial planning software and regulatory requirements.
  • An understanding of how to communicate as part of a team, put your viewpoint across and listen to others.
  • Experience delivering outstanding client service.
