Operations Administrator


We are currently working with an excellent company who work within the vehicle services sector. Our client is looking to recruit a strong administrator who will fit into their team seamlessly and play an integral part. This role will support the Manager, so our client is looking for someone with a can-do and very pragmatic approach. Key skills we are looking for are as follows;

Strong administration skills, able to prioritise work-load and work to deadlines.

Be competent on Microsoft Excel, be-able to create columns, input data correct.

Be-able to produce letters and relevant documents on Microsoft Word.

Take telephone calls and liaise with other departments as and when.

You would be working with a small team, ensuring all work areas re met daily.

Demonstrate a high level of customer service and ensure you always meet customer

expectation.

This role is a fantastic administrative opportunity, in-which the successful candidate can really make this role their own in order to grow and progress.

The working week is 08.30am - 5.00pm, with an hour for lunch. Free parking readily available.
