Sales Administrator

Kingspan have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Administrator to join our team based in Pembridge. You will join us on a full time, permanent basis and in return will receive a competitive salary of GBP24,234 per annum.

As an Internal Sales Account Manager (Sales Administrator) working 39 hours perk week Monday - Friday, you will cover your own geographical area, handle sales calls/enquiries from distribution, builders merchants, contractors and architects and work as part of a team to maximise your area s order intake figures. You will also provide support to Area Sales Managers who cover our Roofing and Structural products and assist with all other customer enquiries.

Responsibilities of our Sales Administrator:

• Handling and pricing sales enquiries using CRM.
• Liaising with Area Sales Managers.
• Offering excellent levels of customer service, achieving customers needs, whilst being aware of costs and all other implications.
• Undertaking stock checks on SAP.
• Liaising with planning to provide accurate delivery dates for stocked and non-stocked items.
• Processing and checking all orders scheduled within your area.
• Helping to meet daily budgets for your own geographical area.
• Communicating with transport, ensuring that the customer receives the order on time and in full.
• Efficiently processing complaints, returns and credit requests.
• Confirming quotations in writing via CRM.
• Ensuring that CRM is updated as and when required.
• Rectifying loading, administration and any other issues that occur.

What we are looking for in our Sales Administrator:

• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Excellent organisational Skills
• Strong workload prioritisation skills and ability to work under pressure

Whilst not essential, it would be beneficial to have:

• Experience in the use of SAP
• Experience within a similar role
• Experience of insulation Industry, building industry or roofing trade,
