Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Cafe Manager to join our team and oversee the day-to-day operations of our client's cafe. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, excellent leadership skills, and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities :
  • Manage all aspects of cafe operations, including staffing, inventory management, and customer service.
  • Recruit, train, and supervise cafe staff, ensuring they provide friendly, efficient service to guests.
  • Create and implement policies and procedures to maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety in the cafe.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
  • Monitor and control operating costs to maximize profitability while maintaining quality standards.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
  • Plan and execute marketing and promotional activities to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop and update the cafe menu, ensuring it meets customer preferences and dietary requirements.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and customer preferences to make informed business decisions.
  • Prepare and analyze financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements :
  • Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a cafe or restaurant setting.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
  • Proficiency in inventory management, scheduling, and financial analysis.
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
  • Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as required.
