Owen Payne Recruitment are actively seeking a Development Chef to join a leading family-owned client within the Telford area.

This is an exciting new role and would suit a creative individual, who enjoys creating new dishes and has the ability to work alongside development briefs.

This posituion is open to a graduate through to a fully experiences Chef/Cook

The ideal candidate will possess:

• Previous experience working as a cook/chef
• The ability to create menus/new dishes
• Strong communication skills
• Full computer literacy
• Creative ability and a passion for food
• Knowledge of food marketing would be advantageous

Main Duties:

• Assisting in the development of new products from concept through to launch
• Creating and preparing balanced, delicious menus and recipes alongside specific briefs
• Preparing samples and delivering professional product panels
• Monitoring culinary trends
• Contributing to seasonal reports
• Organising and preparing product samples for customers
• Ensuring accurate recording of recipes and methods for sustainable quality

Hours of Work: Monday to Friday 8am 'til 5pm
