Breakfast Chef

Breakfast Chef, Edenbridge Kent, 30k

Recruiting for an enthusiastic Breakfast Chef to join our clients' team at this high volume site based in TN8, Kent.

As the Breakfast Chef, you will
Manage and own your section including ordering and clearing down
Prep and produce a 5 breakfast service
Manage weekly and monthly cleaning schedules as well as fortnightly stock take

Working hours are 5/7, 40 hours per week. Please note, the rota will include majority of weekends

Our ideal candidate would be
An experienced Breakfast Chef or strong Chef with a proven work history
Able to work using own initiative within a wider team
Keen to take ownership of your section
Attentive to detail and presentation
Genuinely passionate about food and high standards
Flexible and willing with a positive, can do attitude
Able to work most weekends (essential)

Rented accommodation can be offered on either a short term for relocation or longer term if preferable.

Due to location, it is advisable for applicants to have their own mode of transport as the site is remote with no public transport nearby.
