DBS Kitchen Assistant- EN3 Area

A DBS kitchen assistant is needed to assist the head chef & team with the tasks below:

• Prep jobs given by the head chef , could be cutting , grating , making a certain dish or garnish.
• Cleaning duties of the kitchen area.
• Helping to serve on the counter at busy times
• Assisting with paperwork where required for cooking temps , reheating temps & fridge / freezer temps.
• Assisting with pot washing
• Helping the team to set up the servery area

The role is cover work from Monday 22nd April to Tuesday 07th May.

The working hours are Monday - Friday 7.00am-3.00pm

The rate of pay is GBP13.67 per hour

If all goes well there will be lots of cover work that will be available, some longer term and some short term and if a permanent role comes up then you will be first in line
