Electrical Engineer

Electrical Engineer Location: City of London 43k+

Job Description:

• Conducting general Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) activities on various electrical and mechanical systems.
• Responding to reactive maintenance requests and resolving issues promptly.
• Performing emergency lighting tests and fire alarm tests in accordance with regulations.
• Servicing and maintaining Air Handling Units (AHUs) and Fan Coil Units (FCUs).
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
• Completing service reports and maintaining accurate records of work performed.

Requirements:

• Level 3 qualification in electrical engineering or equivalent.
• 18th edition wiring regulations qualification.
• Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within the facilities management or building services sector.
• Strong electrical and mechanical maintenance skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to details.
