We are currently looking to recruit a Complaint Coordinator to coordinate our client's Banking Complaints across the group.

You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure a successful response is provided to our clients customers.

Working alongside your centralised team you will ensure Complaints are resolved and customer disputes that are deemed fair and clear in resolution.

You will be responsible for assisting customer satisfaction through root cause analysis, as well as help defining continuous improvements for the customer journey.

You will be managing customer complaints within the office (3 days)/ home based (2 days).

The salary for this role is 24,500

This is a fixed term role for a period of 3 months
