Team Leader - Childrens Residential We are currently recruiting for: Team Leader Hours of work: 40 per week Location: Near Tarleton. The Role: Our Brand New Home offers a psychologically informed, therapeutic environment to support young people with complex trauma based behaviour. The service will provide three components which include Residential Care, Education and Health offer. In consultation with the Registered Manager, the Team Leader will assist in managing the overall daily operations at the home working with children and young people in a residential setting. Key accountabilities will include Provide direct line management to a small number of Childcare Workers. Develop and implement care and risk plans based on individualised children’s need in partnership with referring authorities, therapeutic services, senior management and education settings.
