SEN Teaching Assistant

Responsibilities: Assist the class teacher in providing a supportive and inclusive learning environment for students with SEN. Work one-on-one or in small groups with students to provide additional support tailored to their individual needs. Support students with their academic, social, and emotional development. Implement strategies and interventions outlined in individual education plans (IEPs) and behavior plans. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for students.Requirements: Previous experience working with children with SEN is desirable. Experience in a care or support worker background is advantageous. A compassionate and patient nature. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
