Deputy Manager

Job Title: Deputy Manager Setting: 3 bedded residential service for Children and Young People 8-18 with EBD (Emotional Behavioural Disorder)  Location: Waltham Forest Skills: Level 3 children Children in Residential Care or Level 5 Leadership and Management in Children's Services Salary: £35,000+ per annum depending on experience (plus bonus structure for successful opening of home/Ofsted rating/capacity) Our client already holds a huge presence in the children's residential care sector and is rapidly growing, specialising in children with complex support needs such as emotional behaviours disorder and challenging behaviour. They currently have two homes and have passed their Ofsted inspection recieving a 'Good' rating. They are looking for an experienced Deputy Manager who would be in charge of the home in the Registered Manager's absence whilst working across both sites.   Does this sound like something you would be proud to be a part of?
